Part Number Needed for Blank Switch Cover (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to find the part number for the blank panel that is circled in the picture below. I've googled and searched this forum, but can't seem to find the right cover. Any ideas?

It's a square switch blank, but the hole behind it is round.
