Part Number ID Help

I am cleaning up the wiring and moving some things around in the harness on my 1976 FJ 40 (Jul 1976). I ran across two items that only have parts that have numbers on them that I do not know what they are. They are not on my other 1976 FJ40 (11/1975).

They are located on the USA passenger side, inside the cab, on the firewall, to the right of the heater and below the air intake duct coming from the blower fan. If you were a passenger, you could kick these with the toes on your left foot.


First and most important one is part number 95927-60010
1 3/4" wide x 3" long. It has provision for an 8 pin connector but uses 7 pins.


The second is 86650-3002 Which I assume is a blinkner relay.

I googled the number and had two hits on Birfield.com but the site is still down.

Just looked at mine (1/76)...the one on the right has to do with a buzzer ( relay maybe?)...the one on the left has to do with seat belt warning... both are connected I think... I ca take a get a pic of mine if needed.34rc d

The black box (pt # 85991-14010) is the seat belt relay. I assume it is for the seat belt light.
