Part Number Help - Studs for Floor Heat Shield (Insulator) that fit Nut 90179-06161

Does anyone know know whether there is a part number for the studs that fit the nut that is Part No. 90179-06161? I assume this is a non-serviceable stud in most of its applications (floor heat shields (insulators), rear heater pipes, fuel lines, etc.). I'm wondering if there is a part number for this stud, as I have some corroded studs for the floor heat insulators.

If these studs are not readily available as a Toyota part, does any one have any suggestions on how to address/replace these studs? Screen shot below shows the use of the nuts for these studs with the floor heat insulators.

The original small studs appear (IME) to have been permanently attached (?welded) to the floor when the vehicle was manufactured.

One possible solution would be to first mark the exact location of the old stud ie: with a punch or drill bit (so it will line up with the holes in the heat shield) then clean/grind off that area enough so that you could attach a new base-type stud using two part epoxy or tack weld (prime and paint any bare sheet metal of course). Or, drill a hole through the sheet metal (floor) and push the appropriate length stud through the hole from above (inside, under the carpet), then epoxy or weld in place. If you used these base-type studs you could pick your own stud size/thread pitch with a corresponding nut to match (or just go with the original size, M6 or M8?).

Thank you. This is most helpful and confirms my suspicion that these studs are not easily replaceable. Glad to know it can be done, though.
