Correct, 16+ had larger brakes. It’s not just the calipers; the knuckle has larger holes drilled in it for the larger calipers, so you’d need to go back to 08-15 steering knuckle, caliper, and rotor.

Or, run a rock warrior or other aftermarket 17” wheel that can clear the larger brakes.

Ohh man I have to see if it’s worth it or toss em on my 105
