I'm heading to Paragon in the near future to do their monthly (guided) ride. I'm sticking with the Group 1 (Green trails) as my wife doesn't want any damage to her new FJC. Can anyone tell me what obstacles I may encounter on the Green trails? Just looking forward to what I can expect. Thanks.

The guides that run the monthly rides at Paragon are pretty good at spotting you w/ no damage.
Green trails are what you want. They are 'logging' roads that have some rocks/obstacles in them. if you stick to the greens you should be fine in a stock vehicle.

If you've never wheeled before that is the place to start ;)

If you are really thinking about getting into this hobby, start looking into the skid plate (I think TLC makes it?) and get the sliders from Toyota if you don't have them already.
These 2 things will go a long way to keeping you're paint pretty and your mechanicals intact.
Also, good tires, even if they're the same size, make a big difference as well.

You will be fine.
FJ Cruiser team was just there over the weekend at CMCC.

Obstacles? Not many on the greens. A few rocks. Nothing big.
Fun trails though in a stocker.

I've wheeled a bit around the semi-wooded fields near my house. They seem to be popular as alot of vehicles have obviously been using them.

I did get the OEM sliders and skid plate. There's hell to pay if I damage her vehicle.

I still have the so-so stock tires.

go check out the greens. get a feel for the place.
what looks easy to one person looks pretty hard to another.
running a 'stock' green run will give you a baseline to work from, and you won't get in over your head.
The FJ Trail Team does some amazing things with stock FJC's, but they were about as pro as you can get before joining the team and wheel the things almost every weekend.

You should have a great time. Once there you stand a good chance to have Sheila & Ron as guides, they are great guides and they have seen the FJC in action the weekend prior to the CMCC. In fact I ran with them (buddy with me had a stock Jeep) and the FJC team.

If it's damp or wet (muddy) and you have the stock Bridgestones you will be sliding on some of the trails. The only trail that this will raise the pucker factor is on the 101 trail that has several off-camber transitions up and down on a hillside. When you are there play with the A-trac and locker and see how they both work and where each works better. Above all have fun.
