I've read through every post on MTS/CC install, and I'm about to do it myself. The only thing I cant find is more details on the paperclip method for the zero point. I see several people have done it successfully, and I've watched a few videos. The thing I'm curious about is how you do the whole "click 4 times in 8 seconds" part when using the paperclip. If you have a momentary switch, I can see how you'd be able to do that. But with a paperclip, it seems like it would be tough to insert/remove/insert 4 times in 8 seconds in those small pinholes? Is that how those of you who used that method did it? Thanks in advance!!

I used two wires. Just stripped the ends on both wires, pushed the two wires in the OBD port, one wire for each pin in the connector, then tapped the other ends of the bare wires together. Picture old TV shows hot-wiring a car.

Yea, wire method seems easy enough. Thank you! Gonna give it a shot this weekend and see how it goes.

I still would like to see an actual video of someone doing this with the paper clip or wire method.
