Hey all! First post, not even a long-time lurker or anything, just getting in to this.
I bought my first FJ40 last week, and I've started to slowly disassemble and triage this great little cruiser.
I got the buckets and their aftermarket frame out, as well as the carpet, and found this unfortunate surprise - where the back left bolt of the frame and the seat belt bolt were, the floor has cracked:
I'm assuming that it's time to start developing a relationship with someone in the neighborhood who can do patch welds.
Does anyone on the forum have experience with a crack here? How did you fix it?
