Paint Shops in Houston

I'm looking for a paint shop in Houston, I'm wanting to keep the cost below 2k, inside (besides dash and above tranny tunnel) and under neath won't be painted. Just want a basic paint job that will last. I've called a few and gotten quotes between $550-12k.

also would appreciate any sand/bead/soda blaster recommendations, only quote i have gotten so far is $175/hr and estimated for 3-4 hours.
