This is not off a F135 which a 67 would have. This is from a later engine.

It came off of this engine. The header may have been altered to work on the earlier 1F.

Will that fit on a FJ60?

Who ever buys this Header, grind-off the welds holding the Tri Mill name tag. Hearder will have a rust hole directly under that metal tag if left in place much longer. When Downey made smog legal Headers we got the C.A.R.B. to allow us to NOT weld-on a name tag or E.O. number tag.
