I just got my frame repaired and painted with por15. They had to drop the fuel tank for this work. I am now getting p0441 and p0455 errors. It is not my gas cap(I have replaced in past year with genuine part and errors started after frame work). I did clear the codes and make sure gas cap was on well. Codes came back. I searched here and didn’t find much, I think I need to get a smoke test.

In the meantime, I looked at some of the hoses that go from fuel tank to charcoal canister, etc and one of them in particular looks pretty rough. It is part 77444 in attached diagram. Does anyone know if I can access the fuel tank end of this hose without dropping tank? I have an Asfir gas tank skid installed and I don’t want to drop tank unless necessary. I can’t tell from diagram and I forgot to check that end while in the garage earlier. I have never messed with fuel tank (obviously).

I would check the main connections between the filler neck and the tank first. Maybe they forgot to tighten a hose clamp? Good luck!
I got under the car and was able to check a bunch of cables and connections. I found an unconnected cable that goes from top of gas tank back past charcoal canister. Had a plastic c clip, orange one side blue the other I think. Anyway, it was disconnected at gas tank. I was able to reach the nozzle by feel and got it reconnected. Drove a bit and it seems good, no errors so far. It has been showing up in Obd fusion almost immediately so I’m hopeful.
