P0171 / p0174 p0300 :-( leak? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys I have a 2010 lx with 140k I have been chasing this issue for the last 15,000 miles or so. Starts pretty normal after excessive driving and or excessive idling I will get rough idling. Sometimes it’s rough idling will trigger misfires sometimes it won’t. If I turn the car off and wait about 2030 minutes everything will reset and the process will start over again. The issue never occurs at high mileage or if I’m traveling on the highway it’s only when I’m parked in idling or adddess Stop while driving. This makes me believe that it is a leak somewhere getting too much air as indicated by the codes system two lean in bank, one and bank two. I travel a lot on so I use my LX pretty often I have taken it to Lexus about two times and the issue is still there.
I recently changed
8 coils
8 sparks
And the right side fuel injectors

After taking it to Lexus they wanted to change the spark plugs again. The rough idle came back two days after service after about 6 different mechanics I rented a fuel pump tester and noticed a huge hole in a hose missed by everyone. Immediately replaced this and fixed the issue for about 2000 miles. Now I’m having the issue again.


I’m trying to find someone that has a smoke machine that could smoke the system to detect any leaks, because just eyeballing it and squeezing on the hoses, didn’t even find the hose that I saw. What do you guys think I should do next. Thanks? Currently in houston but I am heading to Phoenix so thanks guys

Also. Any misfires that occur are isolated to the right/passenger 2/4/6 and sometimes 8.

I'm getting somewhat similar issues right after getting my Cam tower leak done at a shop. The codes i'm getting:
P0017 Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor B)
P0300 Random Multiple Misfire
P0301/03/05/07 Misfire Detected (Misfiring on cylinder 1,3,5,7)

However, regarding my issue i think its a timing issue and needs to be re-timed again.
