13th Annual Swap Meet, Show and Shine
A TLCA Sanctioned Event
Hosted by Pacific Mountain Cruisers
Saturday, July 10, 2010
Pacific Mountain Cruisers (PMC), a chapter of The Toyota Land Cruiser Association (TLCA), will be hosting its 13th Annual Swap Meet, Show and Shine on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at the Holy Ghost Hall in Petaluma, California, and I would like to personally ask for your support by providing a raffle prize to our event. By supporting PMC’s Swap Meet your company is able to get product and information directly to end users, as we will distribute any literature you provide to our attendees (please provide literature or trinkets for 300 goody bags). Further, we will display your donated product through out the event, read your name over the PA system as a donor, as well as, publish your name in the TLCA Toyota Trails magazine as a donor to the Pacific Mountain Cruisers Swap Meet, Show and Shine. Toyota Trails is mailed out to all 3,500 TLCA members. If your company would like to attend the event and display and market your products, you are welcome to participate. For further information to set up a booth and display your products please contact me direct at 707-321-7960. Past events have brought together over 300 Toyota Land Cruiser, Mini truck, FJ Cruiser and 4Runner enthusiast at this one day event, as it is the only Northern California Toyota Specific Swap Meet.
Pacific Mountain Cruisers of Northern California is dedicated to safe and sane family 4-Wheeling and the club follows the Tread Lightly ideals. We annually support the local community Toys for Tots program as well as Friends of the Rubicon, Friends of Fordyce and the Blue Ribbon Coalition.

Put me down Ron. I plan to be there.

Unless you all want me somewhere different, I figured I would be at the gate, and do my normal raffle duties.

Anywhere with in this forum, I believe there is an application stickied to the top of this page. Also just posting up on any thread will get you answers.

You can always send me/or any listed officer a private message, we all will be glad to help you.

With all that stated, what would you like to know?

I actually attended the swap meet last year and I'm pretty sure I'll be at the next one.

Do you have to be a member of TLCA to be in PMC?

Being the TLCA delegate for PMC, I have to say YES you do.

But if you read other posts regarding the subject, our bylaws state we can have up to 10% of non TLCA members. Now when you join PMC we will recommend that you join TLCA as well, but we will never turn anyone away if they do not join TLCA.

A few of our members LOVE PMC, but will have absolutely nothing to do with TLCA, and that is fine as well.

In other words we will be happy that you joined PMC regardless of what you do with TLCA.

OK, since I have heard JACK DIDDLY SQUAT about this.

I guess I will just show up around 6:00 ish in the am, work the GATE, do my normal RAFFLE DUTIES, then maybe help clean up, and LEAVE around 4:00 ish, in the pm.

But like I said I have heard JACK DIDDLY SQUAT, so I have taken it upon myself to, for lack of better term, SELF APPOINT myself to these duties, whether you want me there or not.

SEE YA THERE

I'll be there around 7 (2 hr drive), see ya there Michael.

WOW DAVE!!!!

I am impressed, your even using colors now.

Am I wearing off on you??

I'm a new-ish member of PMC. Meaning I've paid my dues but have not gone to any meetings or events other that the swap meet. In fact I first joined at last years swap meet and renewed this year. So I don't really know anyone other than Gary Kardum since he does some of the work for me on the cruiser.

I was hoping to make "Fun Day" but couldn't. I really want to make the McGrew run, but just can't fit that in either.

Point is that I will be there for the swap meet again, and am happy to help wherever you need me.
