Okay this is final count I got...11-12 total...

Glenn is getting the oysters and bringing his grill to cook the burgers/dogs
RKing is bringing a dessert
Brock is bringing burgers, dogs, buns, plates, forks, cups, napkins, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, saltines, coke, sprite, chips and dip

If someone wants to bring a coleslaw or something as a side with the burgers and dogs...not too much as only 12 of us and most will be wolfing down oysters....feel free.

If someone can also bring cooler with ice that would be great....or we can run out after everyone gets there as needed.


Dont forget your oyster knives, gloves if desired, and outdoor chairs to sit in.....

It is BYOB for anything not already listed.

Show time is around 3:00-3:15........

bryan....did not hear from you so asked glenn to bring his grill...so get with him if you want to do it since he is getting oysters as well.

just bring yourself....and your woman of course. You can cook again this year...just try not to burn them all again. LOL

Oyster Roast was another rousing success...

First of all thanks to Glenn for opening LexTech to us for the event and also providing the oysters.

Thanks to Bryan for bringing grills to cook the burgers and dogs for those that are not fans of local oysters.

Thanks to all for showing and participating....

RKing and wife, Bryan, Glenn and Jenni, Excessive, FJMOSES, Glenns daughter-soninlaw-grandkids, and sure I missed someone...and of course my wife and I.

We went through 2 bushels of oysters and many had room for dogs, venison sausage, and burgers plus dessert, chips and dip and cold beer.

I am not sure who had the fu-fu beer...hahaha

BTW, Excessive is going to GULCHES next weeked if someone wants to tag along. I know Clayton was trying to get people to go last year and was suppose to lead a group there but never happened. Would be good time to go with cooler temps...

I asked him to post the specifics so hit him up if you are interested in tagging along...it is about a 3 hour drive to the OHV park.

Seems like I missed a good time- hopefully I'll have enough free time to come out again in about a in like 2 months...

however, I did take a (formerly white) FJ mudding during a test drive while getting an oil change today...
