Hi.
My name is Manuel.
I'm from Spain.
I have registered in this fantastic forum for a long time...but i have never writen a post.
Im owner of a 2001 hdj100 with 401000km .
On this toyota I have installed a ntdd power chip that suplies 40 hp more...and a fuel cut defender that allows overboost the turbo with no fail in the ecm.
I installed cybox 3"exhaust kit anulated egr valve..and intaque air heater...and also performance the throtle pedal.
Now my 100 is really fast and has a lot more power and low torque response.
The next performance coming soon will be a front rigid axle swap.

Now im performing a friend 2003 hdj100 with a vgt turbo and 4speed automatic transmission.
I did everything like in my toyota but im having problems with turbo overboosting.
I cant overboosting more 1.1 bars with no engine failure.
With more of 1.1 bars the response is amazing....but when we run in hiway the failyre Mode appears and check engine light too.
I have seen failyre appears Only in hiway not in off road or town. ..and often when deccelerating .
On my 2001 hdj100 with ct26 turbo..it doesnt happen.It Only has a map sensor .
The 2003 model with vgt turbo has map sensor and flowmeter...
Has anyone resolved this problem?
Im thinking to change all wiring

I havent got a diesel but I imagine the map sensor is your turbo pressure sensor and the flow meter is used to monitor egr butterfly operation. This was added to get to upto current emmision standards. What is the fault code?
