Out of state buyer needs help with an FJ40 inspection in San Roman

I'm new to the site but not to forums. I'm actively involved on m109riders.com and other trading sites. I'm looking to purchase a 1975 FJ40 that is listed on this site which is located in San Ramon, CA. I'm originally from Arizona and recently moved to San Antonio, TX. With the great distance I'll have to base my decision on the pictures, videos, and hopefully a fellow members expertise. Thank a lot for the reference. I located his handle as Martinezfj40 and sent him a PM. It would be awesome if an owner of shop and FJ would do the inspection. Thanks again for your help.
