I'm excited to announce that I am assembling a disorganized group of Land Cruisers in the Savannah area into a club.
I just wanted to thank ONSC and let you know that I'm going to steal all of your ideas and tailor it much like the ONSC club. We have a GA sub forum on the clubhouse section but they appear to be all up north (4+ hours) and into hardcore wheeling. I wanted to create something for all of us down here and create a more family friendly environment like ONSC. Maybe the GA club is that way but the 4-6 hour driving distance for us all down here kills the chance for us to get up there.
I will be talking to quite a few of you "Grey Beards" at OBX next month and get some lessons learned from you all when it comes to building a club. I only have 9 months until deployment (what is the gestation of a club???) and about 3 years total to get this thing up and running and pass the reins off to someone else.
