Original Wheel Color of 18s question? (1 Viewer)

Hello all,
I would like to repaint the OEM 18" wheels on my 2003 LC. They are currently painted black. I am planning to strip all paint from the wheels. I remember them having a metallic look but am unsure of the color name or code. It would be so very helpful if some kind LC owner would help me.

Painted black or plasti dipped? Have you tried just peeling off the black? Sorry, I don't know the color. My OEM rims on my 04 are your standard alloy color. I know they got darker/shinier in 06-07. Maybe try to match that color for an updated look?
