That is a big deal. Nice job! You get to put another mark on the "Man Board" - the hidden thing we all keep track of when we do something difficult and (somewhat - though admittedly not in the big scheme of things, I guess) significant.

My first engine is still at the engine guy's shop. He's slowly working on it, I guess. I'm in no hurry, but I am anxious about putting it back together when I get it back from him (I told him I was going to reassemble the entire thing, pistons, rings, bearings, rods, etc). Yikes.

Its been 2 years to the day that I started this thread. I decided to finally put the long top on for a few months. Its is still not my favorite, but I wanted to see what it would look like with the bigger wheels and the zebra top. I have toyed with the idea of selling it and also wanted to get some photos with both tops on it. The top went on pretty smooth since it was the top that came with it when I bought it a couple of years ago.
