Im putting up my 83 FJ60 up for sale or interested in trades. Originally bought new in Colorado and made its way to Ontario ,Canada .( interesting story)
Saved from being scrapped 7 years ago . alot of time ,energy spent fixing the body with new metal ( alot of pics of body work) and a full paint job 4 years ago back to its orginal colour.
orginal 157k miles on it.
recent work done in march incudes:
-Desmogged
-weber carb install
- new rad
-replaced some hoses
-new thermostat
- vale adjustment
- new vavle cover gasekt
-new exhaust manifold gasekt
- newer spark plugs/wires/ Cap and rotor ( 3 years old)
-newer Battery( year old)
the bad (engine)
-kunkles need to be done ( one fore sure)
- diff case seal leaking (front)
- oil pan possibly leaking or its rear main seal
-side panel leaking
- power steering leaking
(Interior)
-small crack in dash
-tears in bad of headliner @ hatch ( but stabilized so no more tearing)
-crack in driver seat aftermarket vinyl
GOOD:
- SOLID body
- runs greats
-lots of extra parts
- aluminum roof rack
- BERG rims
Price : 16,000 USD .
Like I said prior id look at trades. Specific vehicle in case someone has one is a 2nd generation (1990's) Toyota Mr2.
