1976 4 Speed Transfer case Rebuilt ready to go. Should fit 1973 to 1980 FJ's.

Transfer Case was Disassembled, plastic media blasted all aluminum parts, magnafluxed all steel parts and inspected. Installed new Transfer Input Gear, High Low Shifter Sleeve, Transfer High Speed Output Gear, Idler Gear, all bearings, seals and gaskets.
Checked Idler gear thrust clearance and Output shaft pre-load.
This transfer case is setup without PTO Gear (spacer provided), If you want PTO you will have to reuse you original PTO Gear. Ready to install with your drive flanges and High Low Direct Shift or Vacuum Diaphragm.
I also have the mated 4 speed transmission condition is unknown and Bell housing available.
