In your experience would an exhaust from a 79 1hdt bolt into a 75 with 1hdt. Can find plenty of 3inch turbo exhaust for 79 but nothing for 75. So exhaust shop says he has to fabricate one , since 75 doesnt have 1 available off shelf. Cheers for your experience

Oh, thats a full system from turbo to tail pipe.

IIRC the 79 series has a longer frame than the 75 series.
Forum members with more LC knowledge and experience will know for sure....

I dare say not. When i did mine, i brought a dump pipe from factory direct exhausts and then got a custom made exhaust to suit. Not cheap dump pipes but well worth it imo. I paid $400 for my 3" exhaust from dump pipe to tail pipe.

Had a look at website & no dump pipes for 75. Might give them a ring.

You have the 1hdt? If so you can just order the 1hdt dump pipe and that will bolt up, 75 or 79 or 80. Just make sure its the correct 1, the 1hd fte has a slightly different dump pipe.

1hz with manifold & ct26 off a 80 series.
