Hello all. Im new to this site. Great find I think. Im looking to have my first few fabrication projects on the go over the next several months. One of which is to fix / build a tandem axle trailer capable of hauling my compact tractor. I have a line on one that has been pretty neglected over the years, but the "bones" of it are still strong. It has hydraulic brakes with hubs that utilize "open center rims". Im not entirely familiar with these and given that two are missing from the trailer I need to source out two more before I can even go get it. Preferably used and cheap, as im always on budget. My question is, how do you measure these rims? Do you measure the open center diameter, or the overall diameter of the wheel? Also, do these wheels still have offset/back spacing to take into account as well? Gotta get some wheels so I can go get this trailer. Any help is appreciated.
thanks,
Brunswick
