Putting a poll up here for your voting capability.

Want to see what the club wants to take responsibility of trail wise. Wolf Den is up to snuff and i would like to pass that trail onto another newer club, but it is your choice as a club.

So what says the club. This will be up for 2 weeks as we need to send in our paperwork here at the January workday.

Thanks much

Which other trails are up for grabs?

*Oops. Was reading this thread on my phone & didn't see the poll up top. D'oh!

All I need right now is a vote on which trail we as a club want to adopt.

Then after that I will get what all clubs want to adopt and make sure all trails have club coverage of at least one major working club.

Hope it makes sense. It does in my mind.

I might have to encourage a club or 2 to take a trail they did not request but it is up to me to make sure all trails out there have a working club on them. But that will be on me.

I would be fine changing trails if we have helped to get wolfs den where it needs... .only thing is I would want it to be another easier trail so all our members can drive on it and to where the work needs to be done.

Seems to me that Wolf's Den is pretty solid. I would like to keep an easier trail, but also one that requires some more work to bring up to speed. It seems that we're more active than other Uwharrie OHV clubs and could have a bigger impact on a trail that needs more work.

Please vote above!!

I'm fine for any of them, but agree with Johnny on picking one that needs a good bit of work, but has the accessibility needed for more of our members to be able to work on it. Any suggestions Darin?

I can take my red fj62 in 2wd on Dickey Bell. Just have to be smart about which way you hit mini Daniel hill climb. That is one trail. Other Dutch John. And Falls Dam can be driven in 2wd by most of our folks.

I will forward another vote to Darin, i.e. I trust his judgment with regard to where energies are most needed.

Falls damn I a nice long trail that any of our members can drive out on

It looks to me like Dickey Bell is our number one pick and then Falls Dam, followed by Dutch John. So that is what i am going to shoot for in that order.

Thanks everyone who actually did vote. It was pretty weak. Just sayin.

Hey I voted. And just re-up'd for 10 years. I'm trying to get my s***e together and be more involved now that the kids are getting a little older. Lol ;)

Sorry, by the time I revisited the forum, it had already closed. I think a change of pace is good, so any trail other than Wolf's Den would be great...
