Not that it matters but would we'd be 'grandfathered' in if we had already had plates prior to the change? Just curios as I see a ton of special plates that I know they aren't 300 plates out there for...

I did some reading and it looks like even if you had a specialized plate...then you have to have 300 current applicants by the end of 2010. I bet there will be a lot of specialized plates that will disappear in the next year...
