Ghostrider I
I wear many "heads" as I have many vehicles.
After "lurking" on this board for almost two years, hoping and trying to make at least one Charlotte chapter social, I after a long relationship with a woman who diffused my interests, finally got to be me again. Ok, that is enough of the melodramatic BS, I am on here to say a massive THANK YOU for your hospitality, your affableness is that a word(?), your knowledge base, your passion for superior beers most of you, phenomenal eats, owning the best 4X4 on the market, sorry Land Rover, you aren't "the best 4x4 by far," and simply genuine good nature.
Even though I am the "FNG" I was taken in like I have been a regular at these gigs. Nevertheless, I do look forward to many more events, especially with the Charlotte chapter, and who knows maybe even the Raleigh ones, should I get to jump into the diesel or the gasser and head northeast when work doesn't call.
I think that sums it up. Keep on Crusin'; both my 80s are itching to play in the mud, more sooner than later. Their transfer cases need a workout, along with their center differential locks. Oh, and before I forget, I am going to make sure that Dean at H&H gets my hood to open!
Cheers y'all!!
