So, a little bit unorthodox, but a recent 40 series purchase came with true vintage tires all around & all but one were thrashed. The one, the survivor is a Dick Cepek Mud Country 33x12.5-15LT / It looks to be in pretty amazing preserved shape ( probably a spare it's entire life ) with tons of tread and as far as I can tell, soft, uncracked rubber. I will look very carefully tomorrow to confirm this claim.
Anyway, for someone looking to complete a true vintage restoration, this tire could be the holy grail....I know we are encouraged to price out items for sale, but I have no idea what the value is, to satisfy the mods I will toss out $175 obo - with a big emphasis on OBO / shipping could be tricky as I've never shipped a tire and not sure what it costs...but whatever that cost is, will be on the buyer's dime.
I can email pics to any interested party, hopefully by this time tomorrow I will have pics loaded and confirm the shape of the rubber.
