One very cool fj60

I saw an FJ60 today in Seward, Alaska unlike any that I have seen on the internet. This thing was navy blue, with an integrated pop up top and the back was set up with what looked to be a full camper set up, stove, sink, bunk etc.. it has some foreign plates on it, maybe eastern european. It looked to be in perfect condition, no chrome, all blacked out plastic etc.. would be the perfect expedition cruiser.
I wish I had my camera. I will look around for it tommorow, this is a very small town.

Anyone see this kind before?

I've seen photos of 70 series and or the "pickup" style cruiser rigs in Australia that have camper rigs built into them

Everyday but not with a camper.
As far as I know only the US has chrome on their cruisers.
Here is a no/low chome 61 series and a 75 series pop top camper
