Got my switches wired in using the HVAC surround and using OEM switches. Using 20/4 stranded wiring.

What will these switches be used for? Not sure, but wanted to have these there as I work my build out.

Power coming from spare fuses in my driver side kick panel, then the switched power goes to the Egon Relay Hub.

From here it's as simple as running + and - cables from whatever accessory I want to switch on to the Egon Relay Hub.

All 4 of these switches only provide power when the vehicle is running/accessory mode. Didn't want constant power even though I could have done that too.

Egon Relay Hub install complete.

Took a mess of Eaton E-locker cables/harness and helped turn it into 4 total wires.

Now I need to figure out a blank to put in both the clock and ashtray sections of the HVAC surround.

I don't use the clock, as mine is broken. And my ashtray would just collect trash.

Anyone know someone making covers for these 2 areas?

Had my A/C professionally recharged today.

1995 FJZ75, 1FZ-F Carby engine with no rear A/C took 24oz of R134A.

Temps coming out of the vent right at 41 degrees F.

Apparently, my low side schrader valve had failed, which resulted in the lack of performance to fix the problem myself when I tried to recharge it.

One thing to keep in mind is in addition to the relay and fuse (which the Egon provides), the Eaton harness also has a diode installed, which the folks at Eaton say is important to protect the relays and switches from voltage spikes when the lockers disengage. Ive seen the same diodes in the same form factor on Amazon or you could harvest from your Eaton harnesses.

Ya I saw the "suppression device" on the schematic and did a little research online about it. Didn't transfer it over to my system as I didn't think it was necessary based on feedback online.

Without my locker being wired directly to the battery, I'm not super worried.

I'll have to check the schematic for the relay hub but I think it's got this flyback diode (or something similar) already installed.

Cleaning out the garage, all the following are free if you pick up. Will ship them on your dime (mean I'll drop off at fedex and have them pack it)

FJ75 drum brake leaf takeoffs. Have shocks and all ubolts, etc.
All 4 sliding windows from my troopy (have a little rust but all work)
Sombrero grille (right side mounting tab on top broken)
Split bench seat
Planted brackets

@theglobb you should try to snag the sliders for your troopy.
YES! thank you for the mention or I would have not seen. @prwillard2 ~ Any way you could hold onto them and then throw them in with my poptop shipment?

They're yours brother.

Not sure if we'll be able to get them in your pop top but will hold them for you and see what we can work out

What seats are the planted brackets for?
Was wondering too

The answer is yes. They are supposed to fit any aftermarket seat. Scheelman, Corbeau, Recaro, etc.

They allegedly fit into a 78 or 79 series, manufactured after 1999. They were on the Scheelman seats I bought, but these brackets are not correct for my 1995 troopy.

I also have the planted too with Scheelman they are little tight for my legs extended at max

Thanks.
So definitely a no-go for my '85 Troopy.

Glad to hear. Now i don't have to buy them and start the search for expensive aftermarket seats!:)
