Old Hobart GW-222 questions

I recently got an old hobart with a two cylinder wisconsin engine. I have not been able to find any info on the GW-222 welders. how hard is it to change the brushes? It also has 75 volt dc power outlet. It looks just like an AC outlet and so I was wondering if there is a way to convert the DC to AC so I can run grinders and stuff. Lastly, is there a way to convert this to electric start instead of the crank start? The crank start is probably the lowest priority, but if it's easy to do, then I will change it.

There is no easy way to convert it to AC, but you can run brush type motors like an angle grinder off DC power. It will just run a little slowly at 75V.
