Well, 90FJ62 and I pulled the exhaust and intake apart, only after I broke the middle bolt that holds the two manifolds together, then I managed to break a stud off the bottom of the exhaust manifold to the egr pipe. YIPPIE. Other than that everything should go back together today if we're lucky.

Well... If we had all the gaskets we needed and it didn't take Advanced Auto 3 days and 2 tries to get the correct ones. I'd say about 5 hours?. Its now the 4th day, but 3 of these days were just waiting for parts while it was torn apart.


But if everything would have been there, we'd have been finished in about 8 hours.

I strongly suggest having a friend with you when doing this. But its not really a big deal. Very time consuming and labor intensive but fairly straight forward. Assuming you don't break bolts.
