Oil maintenance required light

How do I reset the oil maintenance required light ? It's an 08. Thanks

Step 1: from the ODO button above the left side of your steering wheel, you scroll to Trip#1.

Step 2: press and hold the ODO button to reset Trip #1, keep holding and shut the rig down

Step 3: without letting go, turn on car - but DO NOT start (foot off the brake pedal, and hit "Start" two times - and the system will start the reset. You can now let go of ODO button.

Step 4: it will go through reset and then say complete...Once it is complete, it will be ok to start the car.

Step 5: in the maint menu, reset the miles to 5000 or whatever interval you have chosen to use.
