Hey guys,
I did a search for this but did not find any answers and did not get any responses to my other thread, so here goes. I got the valve cover off and when I removed all the intake boots and throttle body to get at the valve cover, I noticed that there was some oil all through the air intake from the main intake canister (where the air filter is) all the way to the intake manifold (the vavle that opens when you hit the throttle).
Anyone know what this means? Is it normal? What can I do to remedy?
I have a new valve cover gasket and valve cover on the way so it will be a couple more days until I am even able to get the truck up and running again.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
THANKS.
