Just cleaning up my oil cooler cover plate for my 2h. Do the internals have some sort of liner applied to them? I amremoving the rusty gunk and can't tell if there is a lining or is it years of accumalation of rust mixed with old oil? Kind of smells like a lining when nylon wire wheeling it..Or is it just brought back to bare metal?
