On a Diesel Land Cruiser which by default has direct injection it has some value to keep the valves clean, although the EGR system and soot in the inlet manifold and on the valves is the biggest issue. On a Petrol or Gasoline LC with pre port injection it does not help anything, in fact it adds stuff which can fail/impact reliability.
I did installation, see pic below. Hoses are quite long but they do job.
