Hi All,

I have a 1989 BJ70 3BII fitted with a TurboGlide Kit wasting at 10psi. 318K on clock but new rings, seals, bearings done about 30K ago.
Recently went on a long trip into central NSW hunting, no problems on the way there but on the way back it started heating up a fair bit more than usual.
I have just removed radiator, had it rodded cleaned and pressure tested - all ok. Also had my whole block pressure flushed, new thermostat, new clutch fan, new Toyota red coolant and all put back together again.
I haven't gone on a long drive or pushed it up a long hill or anything yet but so far it seems to be running ok again.
Was just doing an oil change today and noticed a bit of oil 'spray' or drops from the crank case breather hose. I have put a little filter on the end and I could see the oil residue underneath. I wiped it clean and ran the engine for about 10 minutes, revving so the turbo would spool right up occasionally, and there was a small spray of oil deposited.
Is this considered 'normal' with the 3B now being turbo'd?
It doesn't blow any out of the ordinary smoke, but I did notice towards the end of running the engine and revving it that I could just pick up what looked like white smoke/vapour coming from the filter on the end of the breather hose.

No other oil leaks anywhere else on the car, I am using Delo400 oil changed regularly, not my daily drive, running on 33's as well.

Would love to get some feedback on this - I took a few pictures too which hopefully are attached.

factory toyota will route it back to the air intake, but it will cause your intercooler or manifold to be full of sludge in long term, fit an oil catch can and drain it during each service and you are good to go.
