Well, I used my executive privilege and moved this up the assembly line. It told an interesting story.
Jim C was right that it was a replacement carb made in 1986. What is more interesting to me is that someone else took the time to open up the carb and replace the ROW main jet with an undersized jet. And what’s sad is they did so because they didn’t see/didn’t know that there was a problem with the power valve, making the engine run rich (thus the knee jerk reaction to put in a smaller main jet.
It took about six hours to thoroughly clean and reassemble it. Extra handwork that I was just discussing with

It’s raining now, and when it clears I need to do a little work on the 45. But I should have it installed on the Karma Cruiser soon enough.
