Selling this shift lever that came in a H151 tranny from down undah. That means it's angled a little to the right for RHD operation. Pic shows it propped up next to LHD lever from EU-spec tranny to show the difference. I think it's possible to heat & bend for LHD use. Or weld custom stick to this bottom to make a hybrid lever for your HDJ40

Will an H150 shift lever fit a 151 trans and vise versus?
 
Yes, the difference between the H150, 151 & 152 is ratios. Shifter into the top of the tranny is the same, the differences in levers being LHD, RHD, 70, 80, 100, etc
