De-smogged 1977 FJ40 2F engine, 4 speed manual with newer radiator, engine mounts, transmission mounts, Jim Chenowith tuned carburetor, and intake. For the purist, I have all the original stuff necessary to convert your modified vehicle back to original. I also have the transmission tunnel. I am the second owner. I bought the vehicle in 1996 and have driven it daily to work (about 5 minutes away). I am in the process of an LS swap. I needed more power for the sand I play in. I rebuilt the motor in 1998. It has approximately 30,000 miles on it. I changed the oil twice a year, regardless of it needed it or not. DM for more information. It is crated and ready to go!
There is nothing wrong with either the motor or the transmission. I have everything necessary to reinstall a 2F into your FJ40.
