Official Club Run - PINS (1 Viewer)

CANCELLED!!!!!! It's been too long since we've done a club run. Since this is not necessarily a "wheeling club", I thought I'd throw something out there for something that we can all do.

Some of you might remember a run that we did back a couple of years ago to PINS (Padre Island National Seashore). We had about 8-10 rigs and spent the weekend camping on the beach, fishing, and trying to make our way to Big Shell....oh and don't forget bonfires/nightwheeling


The only thing you need to participate is a 4wheel drive vehicle (or a seat in one) and a sense of adventure.

What do you ya'll think about a run the weekend of Oct 29th through 31st?

I can make the 29th and 30th but will have to be home early on the 31st. Count me in but I'll be making an early departure on Saturday evening or early Sunday morning.

We will probably leave early Sunday as well. I come back from NY the morning of the 29th so I'll have the afternoon to pack. As the date gets closer we will discuss a departure time.

Also, it's my B-day weekend ...can't wait!

I would be down but I don't believe my 40 Would run that far down the highway.. It would take 3 days to get there and back. Anyone have a trailer??

I may have a conflicting issue. I have an opportunity for some weekend temp work and that's one of the weekends I'd be working. I could use the money so if it happens, I'll have to drop out and work instead. I'll know by this weekend for sure.

Other plans for the homestead... carpentry work on some furniture that we picked up this weekend.
