We will meet for breakfast at Uncle Sam's Pancake House, 341 Manitou Ave, Manitou Springs, CO 80829, at 7:00am and progress to the Phillips 66 at 10 Meadow Park Dr, Divide, CO 80814, by 8:00-8:15am. We will fuel up and depart for the trailhead at 8:30am. Feel free to join us at either stop, or at the trailhead.

The primary objective of this trip will be to tackle the big rock obstacle on Longwater. I'll suggest that the second trail should be Hackett. IF the day works out well, we can run all three trails, but we can make that decision as the day progresses. Please post here if you intend to join.

as of now I'm in

Anyone else?
I really want to, but I have an out of town guest coming. Unless I can join later (like 2ish at the earliest), I’ll have to pass.

I hope you guys have a good time! Sounds like everyone on the last ride had a terrible time.

Well damn I thought it was Sunday. I have a 7am dentist appointment tomorrow. if he gets done fast I may be able to make the gas station by 830. If I'm not there or called you by 830 im not making it

Posting on behalf of COS80. we decided to run Hackett Gulch first and then Longwater Gulch. If anyone is late to the meeting point, please catch up with us on Hackett Gulch.

One more suck ass trail ride nothing to see and lousy company . Thanks @COS80 for leading it was a great day. from what I have found You are allowed to cross the river at the end of longwater. Same rules as the other water crosses . no up or down stream driving .

To clarify, that is not Longwater. Crossing at Longwater is not allowed.
According to CORE the longwater crossing is allowed it carries the same rules as the other water crossings no up or down stream travel

It was an epic trail ride - perfect weather, mostly-deserted trails, and many accomplishments. We started on Hackett, managing the rock obstacles with relative ease.

We did some side trail I've never seen before, which was a lot of fun. There was a nice aspen grove down there.

Over at Longwater, we took a good bit of time at the main obstacle, as it was the day's primary mission. We ran it in both lines (across and straight up and down).
