I am currently in the market for the stock OEM Tokico shocks for my LX450, an I am having a hard time finding them. What exactly are the part numbers? Are these still readily available?

With CDan retired, is there another good source? I have emailed Beno, but he seems to be unavailable for a bit and I have one shock in dire need of replacement.

Note: Yes, I have searched and can find no thread with part numbers included (especially with an easily searchable title) nor can I find mention of someone purchasing them recent years.

Thanks in advance,
Jason

Jason, you can call American Toyota and the guys covering for the shaman after his retirement did well for me. I also have a set that has about 500 or 600 miles. I put them on my lx450 Chinook build as Temps before buying icons. Pm if your interested.

not sure about lexus and there are year breaks, but not sure what would be different there, but for my 95 fzj80, fronts would've been 48511-69386 and rears would be 48531-69485

The guy at Orleans Toyota gave me these part numbers (allegedly for a 1993), the first two lines are shocks, the rest are bushings, bolts, washers, etc. I must admit I am confused by the 6 and 12 counts on the bushings, don't know if he added correctly or if I'm just stupid. Comes to just under $300 online before shipping.

48511-69435 x2
48531-69417 x2
90948-02141 x6
90948-02144 x12
90119-12088 x2
90948-03011 x2

the fronts are stud /stud mount, the rears are stud/eyelet mount. so six stud mounts between the four shocks

That makes a bushel of sense. Thanks!

If you buy new, just reuse the washers/hardware from your old shocks. They come with new bushings and top nuts from Toyota. I paid well under $200 for 4 shocks online fr Camelback Toyota earlier this summer. And, they ride beautifully!

This is awesome info for both for me and hopefully others along the way. Thanks!

There may be a supercession of numbers going on here. For our 97, CDan sold us the same numbers that suadero listed for his (48511-69435 and 48531-69417). I sorta doubt they're really different than the ones nuclearlemon has on her 95, but maybe beno or someone else can set this straight?

Those are the correct part numbers.
Beno:

Are the shock part numbers listed above NLA? I have checked multiple online sources and they all state "discontinued". Is that correct?
