So I ran into the dealership today to pick up an oil filter for my 04 and the guy gives my a 90915-YZZD3. I have read on this site that the correct filter is either 90915-YZZB5 or the better 90915-20004. Did this guy give me the wrong?

The YZZD3 is the "standard" filter stocked by dealers for the 4.7L engine. There's lots of discussion on which filters are better and where to get them, but what you got from the dealer is one that will fit the '04 (and is probably what is on there now).
