Odd aftermarket hood-mounted turn signal lights, look familiar?

Anyone recognizethese marker/clearance lights?

One of mine is cracked and I have NO IDEA who makes these marker or clearance lights so that I can try to find replacements. This was an Australian truck, so that might narrow it down a tad... Anyone know for SURE? Thye measurements are 70mm long, 15 mm wide and 20 mm tall.

they look just like the side marker lights that I had on my trailer. I have some extras if you want.

I will take a picture so you can see what you think.

Edit: I got them at Pep Boys (just in case you don't want to wait for me to take a picture and then ship them out...I am kind of lazy when it comes to going to the post office)

I went to Pep Boys, Advance Discount Auto and CarQuest. Nobody had them or knew who made them... I may have to re-drill and choose different ones (maybe LED)
