How about early October? Nov 7th is Surf N Turf and I hope to be attending as well as some others I believe.

early Oct will be sketchy for me, but will see what I can pull. 1 massive project and 1 new born expect at the beginning of Oct...... Suppose I could miss one meeting... but that would suck.

Weekends give the people further out a better chance of being able to make it. If nobody can make it from further out than GP & Ashland then we can shoot for a weeknight meeting for sure but I would like to give the people that have to drive a ways a better opportunity. October 3rd is a Sat and so is October 24th, my preference is to have this meeting sooner than later in hopes we can get some things scheduled for us to go out and do.

For you "out of towners" please post up if you would like to try and attend and we can start from there of narrowing down date and weekend vs. weekday.

Any weekend in October, but the 24th (Wedding). I'm not for sure anyways because socal is usually on fire in October. So if I'm home and off I will attend, If there are fires don't count me in. SO I'm a big Maybe.

I had about 20 people at my house this weekend and I don't think that 30+ would fit...... So my place is a no go... As for the date I'm always down! however, I drew a tag this year and will be in eastern Oregon hunting Elk from the 26th of October to the 2nd of November. So I vote some time before that.....

I dont mind driving any direction, I'd like to find a central location we can get as many members possible.

At this point we are expecting our kid 20 days early, so October just opened up a bit lol.... well not really... but....

We can do it at the Sports Park here in GP again, covered pavilions and easy access. Bring some potluck stuff and hang out, playground for kids. You guys have a better place in Medford?

Better? Not really. Some equivalent places such as Bear Creak park.

My question would be which is more convenient for everyone (namely out of towners)? Medford or GP? If we had the biggest turnout at Bruno's in Medford then shouldn't we shoot for Medford? We could always hit up another restaurant if we didn't want to be outside. It depends on if its the beginning or end of October because the weather could be drastically different by the end. Someone make a poll!!

Due to lack of time to properly poll and get a letter out to non-Mud members a decision has been made.

All Sports Park in Grants Pass on October 3rd at 11 AM. We will find an available pavilion and hang out. If anyone wants to go grab some lunch after the meeting we can decide that there.

For those that want to follow some of us over you can meet at my house between 10:30 and 10:45 at which time we will be heading to the park.
