Should we push the meeting start to 8 to allow for travel and traffic (just thinking about our members outside the county)??

This is also nominations/elections. Wow, hard to believe that.
 
It was great to see friendly faces and good friends at the meeting, makes me glad to have been a part of PMC for so many years now. Really puts it in perspective when you have kids of early members who were toddlers then now showing up to the meetings in thier own Cruisers!! Too cool.:steer:

Thanks Tony. Thanks actually should go to Jamie Taylor who provided all of the information to make setting up the meeting and pre ordering of Pizza easy.

And yes it is time to renew for 2009. If you have not been getting emails including one last week reminding you of last nights meeting then you need to update your information.

Please get that PMC banner flying when you go to an event. Even it is just you. Contact me if you need/want the banner and it will get to you.
Events/runs/trails--- it was voiced at the meeting that not enough info was provided about the different events. I am in agreement and felt the same way when I joined PMC. So to answer that need I am going to send out separate fliers for each event that describes the trail and activities and provides a contact to answer specific questions.
Anyone that wants to or can start a rough draft of a flier for an event should and send it to me as I am sure to forget a few. I would like to get these to the members at least a month prior to event.

The Fordyce 08' scandal shall live for awhile. My deepest appologies to Roger Taylor whom was our lone member who was actually loaded and moving when he got the call to stand down, Sorry Roger. I will make it up to you. Want a calender?
 
It looks like we are going to have a large group at Surf N Turf.
The banner will be up and it would be great to see how big we can get the PMC camp to grow.
Look for the banner and stake out your spot. Name tags optional.
