Great idea Tim.

Also, it was very nice to meet ya!

Curtis

yup

Not a bad idea Tim but we haven't yet set up our reps to meet with the Feds and State officials to make sure we don't overstep our bounds. Once we start a relationship with them we can find out how we can go about these tasks correctly. I know going out and cleaning up is something nobody should have a problem with but we should collect all the good points we can while doing it since off-roading is being frowned upon more and more.

Walker Mt. is probably not an official or unofficially-official offroad area and that may be an issue.

Also true Kief and I thought of that. Not sure who has jurisdiction there and what level of offroading is even permitted. We will find that part out first before volunteering for cleanup.

I vote for maintaining McGrew.

Less trash up there to begin with.

That scrap car may also be good for our buget...scrap has value.

Well all the pictures look great, so fill me in on what I missed at the meeting.

Well, this is my job. I did take notes.

Said notes are MIA. :bang:

I can't find my notes for the meeting anywhere. They were all typed up, nice and neat, a record of everything that happened.

*sigh* Guess I'll try and reconstruct what happened....

Sorry. :frown:

You lost the first minutes from the first Historic meeting of JSC. How is Tony Twiddy ever going to write a Historic article on how JSC changed Toyota Trails, and how every Toyota club should strive to be like us if we don't have the first minutes.:flipoff2: Well atleast I was there when JSC took in there first money at Mcgrew, I can tell the grandkids that I guess.

Josh

Second meeting.

And the really sad part? The last time I lost a document I was in high school!

I took down the first meeting minutes... you don't want to see those... Hehehe

At the meeting, we had:

Kief, Jen, Alex, Ezra, and Zeb

Garret, Sandy, Alex and Ryan

Travis, Karly and Becca

Brian, Tiffany, Megan and Todd (Edited, I think we got 'er now!)

Dick and Bobby???

Gabe and Charise

Al and Phillis

Jerod and Rachael

Curtis and Kim

Tim

Jesse

So that was 28 at the meeting! :D

We talked about:

Money, Garett says we have 270ish? If I remember correctly...

And a list for a t shirt pre order was compiled...

We should be an official TLCA chapter as of Oct. 30 (tonight) Travis is on the conference call right now.

Gabe read us the minutes from the last meeting.

We discussed working on making the website more appealing, by changing the appearance, and function.

A quarterly news letter was discused to be sent out one month before the meeting, to help keep our web challanged members up to date. Along with that a list of e-mails, addresses and phone numbers of current members will be compiled as well, and go out with the news letters.

There was talk of a snow run/Christmas tree run mid Dec. Location to be determined... and little talk of the January meeting...

We had a raffle.... Yeah, you missed out if you didn't make it! :D

Tim won the "grand prize" a set of ratchet straps.

Tiffany won the "ladies raffle" a set of baking stuff, mostly good for cookies...

and Kief and Brian each won a bottle of Sparky's rootbeer (Made by my uncle)

Then most of us went wheeling! :D See meeting picture thread!
