Oct Fordyce run will be changed to Spider Lake. This is private property and you will need to bring your own toilet. Please post if you would like to go. There is a limited amount of trucks we can get in to there.

Thanks for looking into this Dion. Unfortunately we are committed to a wedding on the 4th so won't be able to make it this year. Hopefully we can make this an annual event on our calendar. I'm bummed I cant make it.

Do to the King fire., this trip may not happen. Waiting to see until this weekend if I'm going to cancel this. If it does happen, the plan will

Just got off the phone with Dion. Trip is still on at this point. Fire is at 87% contained. If anything changes we will update but as of now we are on! see you all Friday AM.
I'm told Trail opens tomorrow September 30th from FOTR. Trip is still on! See whomever is going. Friday 10:00 AM at staging area!
Confirming Andy's post. The trail did reopen. Ice House Road is open to the Loon Lake Trail Head. Wentworth Springs Rd. remains closed. Come up through Highway 50 to Ice House. There will be Fire Equipment and Trucks on Icehouse so drive carefully.
