OBDII OBD2 not working (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, so I just got my first land cruiser 2 months ago. I was trying to program a key and i couldn't, then I put a dungle to use it with torque and didn't work either, finally i got a handheld code reader and when i plugged it in, it didnt have any power. I checked for bended pins but they are all good.

Does somebody has an idea of what's going on?

Check your accessory fuses, and some vehicles have a dedicated odb2 fuse

I did that too, on the engine compartment all the fuses where ok. No dedicated obd2 fuse. Is there a fuse panel on the cabin area?

Fuse 18 or 19 (depending on year)
Drivers side fuse panel under dash above left kick panel

What year is your Land Cruiser? It will be easier to help you diag your problem if we know the year.

It's 2004 LC100

Should be a 7.5A fuse under the dash @ the left kick panel. Labeled OBD-2. It supplies battery voltage to the DLC-3 connector.
