Slightly above and to the right of the gas pedal in a LHD 100. And BTW, it's OBD-II (latin 2), not 11. You'll find more info this way :)
 
Thanks for your help but i still couldnt find the plug so rang toyota australia and they informerd me that the OBD-II plug is not fitted to aussie models.... Typical toyota cheapscates .

Funny, I will have to take a pic of my 2 plugs for you, AFAIK they are OBD-II but I could have been misinformed. There was another post about this either in the 100 series forum or the diesel/international forum.......do a search.
What model/engine do you have? What year?
 
My ScangaugeII also arrived, however Toyota have not enabled the communication on my vehicle unfortunately. This is likely due to it being diesel and not being released to the US. I know the info is all available in the ECU, as the Sahara model has OEM instantaneous fuel usage read outs etc. So I just sent my scangauge back for a refund.
