Oakland pre-purchase assistance

Yea, it felt like April driving thru the Tahoe zone. I had a nice time in Oakland, I really liked the vibe there, people seem relaxed and friendly. It's mind-boggling for me to be around that many people living in one area, coming from Montana. Things change pretty fast once you get east of Reno. Way more jack rabbits.
